Abstract Submission & Guidelines

Submission Deadline: 20 April 2026

The Scientific Committee invites the submission of free paper abstracts for consideration. Accepted abstracts will be presented in one of the following formats:

(1) Oral Presentation

(2) Poster Presentation


All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Committee reserves the right to select abstracts relevant to the Scientific Programme and to determine the final mode of presentation. Submitted work must be original, conducted substantially by the submitting author, and must not have been previously published or presented.


Presentation schedules and preparation guidelines will be provided upon notification of acceptance.


Abstract Format

Abstracts must follow the preset format within the abstract template. Please use the appropriate template for each submission format. Submissions that do not comply with the required structure will not be reviewed.

Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Submission is online only via the abstract submission system on this page.
  • Maximum 300 words, inclusive of the title.
  • Limited to one (1) page.
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
  • Title: Bold, CAPITAL letters.
  • Presenting author: Name must be underlined.
  • Figures, tables, and illustrations are not permitted.
  • All decisions by the Scientific Committee are final.
  • Closing date: 20 April 2026.
